Introduction....

Hi,

Thanks to my friend, Cindy, I finally started a blog for myself...
I always thought it would be difficult to create one and not to mention, the effort spent in keeping the blog "alive"... I do not even have any idea of what I wanna to use my blog for....
However, after looking through Cindy's blogs and she sharing her ideas with me so here I am.... Created the blog!

After going through the initial setup, I was "hooked". Creating a blog though very time consuming but it's fun! Cindy and I even joked about the few names we came up in naming my blog....

Finally, I've decided to adapt this word "Carpathian" [kahr-pey-thee-uh.n] from one of my favorite books the DARK series by Christine Feehan as the name of my blog...

The word "Carpathian" comes from this Carpathian Mountains which is in central Europe, extending from N Slovakia to central Romania, making them the second longest mountain range in Europe (after the Scandinavian Mountains, 1,700km (1,056 mi)). They provide the habitat for the largest European populations of brown bears, wolves, chamois and lynxes, with the highest concentration in Romania as well as over one third of all European plant species.

I know most of you people will have a hard time pronouncing this word.
But nevertheless, hope everyone will enjoy your "stay" in my blog as I will be sharing stuff on reading.. photography.. traveling.. Food.. Beauty....
